May I know your computer RAM range
recuva works good for pics, docs, short audio/video, but not for long video files. it cannot cope with fragmentation, and the result is unplayable file filled with trash. i've once recovered GoPro file and then had to turn to restore.media service so that they could fix it (thankfully, they did). other than videos, recuva works fine.
Good software… But if there is any ways to recover the red detected files or not..

can we use the free version to recover files after scanning…i tried the free version and i found my deleted file after the scan and when i try to recover and save the file, they asked me to buy their plan because they won't allow to recover on the free version.
